I think a lot of mommies and wives can relate to her story (intro to song). Here’s my songwriting hero, singing the first happy song she ever wrote and dedicating it to her husband.
Her last album was not as successful as her earlier works. Some say she lost the edge. Being generally happier does that to people sometimes. But I love this concert; I have it on DVD. After a 5-year hiatus, she made a comeback in 2004 and is now on another "vacation," possibly caring for her second child. Philippine entertainment gods, please bring her here some time. Pretty please.
But if the rumor is true, then I have a new CD to look forward to. She’s supposed to release a second volume to the album Rarities, B-Sides, and Other Stuff
