Thanks to onyxx, I learned that the 2nd X-Files movie is definitely coming soon. They’re actually done filming and the tentative release date in the Philippines is July, 23, 2008. I’m definitely marking that on my calendar!
The official film title is yet to be announced, but if it turns out anything as exciting as Fight the Future, then it will be worth all the wait.
I think I’m going back to my old X-Files DVDs as a refresher. It has been announced, however, that the movie won’t dwell on the alien mythology that propelled the entire series for nine years. Instead, it’s going to be a standalone story wherein Mulder and Scully will have one supernatural case to solve before the movie ends. i hope it’s not going to be too scary for me. I hope the romance angle is alive and well.

i watched the first installment of xfiles when i was in college. didn’t have any idea about the characters. thanks to C/S Channel 9, nakakapanood na ako ng xfiles. will definitely watch this, too. see yah!
