i can’t believe i still know this poem. this is what high school did to me — make me memorize poems i never understood then.
zarine, don’t despair. you’re getting good. haven’t you realized that? they just haven’t seen yet how you’ve improved.
let me put it this way, when i was in college, all of my co-trainees were champions in palarong pambansa. i was always in the sidelines. there were only two people who play with me out of ~10, and both were girls … and were better.
hmmmm … i think i’ll just post this as an entry in my blog

yeah, it doesn’t give a damn.. but whadaheck! ang sarap maglaro! 
your love for the game is an inspiration to me zarine. and your ‘nakakalitong strategy’ will always be your advantage.
